CRM Administrator - Virginia

Primary Responsibilities:

Health Quality Innovators (HQI) is a health quality consulting company that serves as the Medicare Quality Innovation Network – Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for Maryland and Virginia. In addition, we are the Practice Transformation Network (PTN) for a mid-Atlantic region, including Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Washington D.C., the only QIN-QIO in the nation to hold both contracts. Since 1984, we have been leading the way to better healthcare by working with providers, patients and partners to improve health quality across the region. Through the PTN, we help independent practices to maximize efficiencies, manage population health and improve care coordination. HQI has helped improve patient care and safety for thousands of people over the years.
We are currently seeking a CRM Administrator to administer and coordinate the CRM system and work with various company departments to gather and implement CRM changes. Responsibilities also include designing, developing, and implementation of all customizations within CRM including business rules, workflows, entities, forms, views, etc.


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. One (1) year experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, JavaScript, CRM Implementation, structured design, requirements analysis, database design, implementation and administration in relational databases. Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration Technology Certification preferred. This position is Richmond-based.
