HQI’s technology systems operate under a Microsoft cloud-first model. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience and a deep level of knowledge of the full Microsoft cloud stack including Office 365 and Azure. Working in a small organization, the IT team wears many hats and members must be dynamic, willing to learn about new technologies, and stay current with industry certifications. This position is primarily remote, but some travel to the HQI office is required for controlling physical inventory.
Responsibilities include: Daily monitoring of IT systems to ensure reliability, security, and operability. Provide tier 1 and up support for all users and devices before escalation to outside resources. Provide recommendations to IT manager for system, process, or cost-saving improvements. Oversee IT inventory, including but not limited to resetting computers, tracking assets, and shipping to equipment to team members. System documentation including but not limited to, compliance audits, instructional material, and system reviews.
Required Technical Experience: Azure AD, Dynamics 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
Strongly Desired Experience: Azure SQL, Dynamics 365, Familiarity with FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC requirements, Office 365 Security and Compliance
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience supporting end users and an Office 365 environment at a global administrator level. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and IT help desk functions. Self-motivated with a strong desire to explore emerging technologies. Certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies highly preferred.
