As a special project coordinator in the human resources department, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our team member’s development and organizational capacity to grow and meet our client’s future needs. Some of the exciting tasks you will do include:
1. Revising the team member goal development process to include knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that tie to organizational growth, including reviewing job descriptions to reflect key KSAs.
2. Creating a method to document existing KSAs specific to individual team members.
3. Enhancing the new team member onboarding process, including sourcing and compiling trainings from multiple departments.
4. Determining the best process to identify and develop future leaders.
This position provides a great opportunity to learn and gain experience with fundamental HR processes. You will lead a collaborative team, including HQI’s HR specialist, existing team members from various departments, with support from a senior leader. Position will be less than 30 hours per week, preferred minimum is 20 hours per week.
Desired Job Experience:
Experience with a matrix style organization, developing KSAs, and creating job descriptions is preferred. Current enrollment in a graduate program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, etc. required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and perform well working remotely.
